Sick Twins return to practice
Yesterday, there was a handful of Minnesota Twins players that were sent home with flu like symptoms. Amongst the group were players such as Byron Buxton, Oswaldo Arcia, Kurt Suzuki, and Jordan Schafer. Earlier this week, Trevor Plouffe experience the same illnesses as well. Today, a handful of guys returned to the facility.

It’s definitely a good thing to see the players out sick yesterday back in action. With spring practices quickly becoming overshadowed by games, it’s important to make sure to get in as many reps as possible.
Considering that a handful of those who were out sick are battling for positions on the Twins roster, it’s also good that they are back getting time in front of the new coaching staff.
