Minnesota will have two representatives on the East Fall Stars roster. Pitcher Jake Reed and outfielder Byron Buxton will be the representatives from the Twins.
Reed has pitched extremely well for the Salt River Rafters this season, while Buxton is baseball’s top prospect. Despite buxton struggling out of the gate, he has started to hit better of late and is still working to knock off the rust for a lost 2014 season.
Unfortunately for the Twins, Eddie Rosario was left off of the Fall Stars rosters despite hitting over .400 for the Salt River Rafters. A highly ranking Twins prospect, Rosario has gone under the radar across baseball since his suspension served at the beginning of 2014.
Make sure to check out the full East Fall Stars and West Fall Stars rosters. The Fall Stars Game will be broadcast on MLB Network and streamed on MLB.com on Saturday November 1 at 5pm MST.
