The MLB Players Association announced that 144 players became MLB free agents after the Milwaukee Brewers won the World Series. Later, the association announced that 11 additional players became free agents after their option decisions were resolved.
As far as current Twins players go, Ryan Jeffers, Taylor Rogers, Josh Bell and A.J. Minter hit free agency. Meanwhile, 12 of the 155 players were with the Twins before the 2026 season.
It's also worth mentioning that former Twins catcher Gary Sánchez hasn't officially hit free agency, but he will become a free agent once his mutual option is declined, as those are never picked up. Sánchez won his first career World Series with the Brewers on Wednesday.
