Minnesota Twins baseball is finally back in our lives, for better or worse. Games at Target Field will taste a little different than they have in the past, though, as there will be 15 new food items available for fans to try this season.

It’s a reminder of how much fun Target Field is on a casual level, as fans already tempted to simply buy the cheapest ticket to get in and hang out have even more motivation to do so with the arrival of new items.

Don’t worry, old classics are still going to be there. But if you’re looking to upgrade your game a little from cheap hot dogs to tasty ballpark experiments, the Twins have just about everything you need all across the food chain.

Every new Target Field food item for Minnesota Twins 2025 season

The Twins are adding everything from a Minnesota twist on fish tacos to the most diabolically delicious cookie this side of the Mississippi — or probably anywhere on the map.

Here’s a look at everything that will be new on Target Field menus this season:

Food Item

What Is it?

Grilled SPAM Sandwich

Seared SPAM patty with caramelized onions and bacon on a toasted onion bun.

Chopped Southwest Burger

Chopped beef patty, chorizo, jalapeño aioli, lettuce, tomato, onion, pepperjack cheese and queso fresco on a hoagie roll.

Sweet & Sour Fried Pork

Crispy fried pork tossed in sweet and sour sauce, served on a fresh cabbage slaw with fresh cucumbers and pickled carrots.

Dugout Dill Pickle Pizza

Pizza with pickles on it, made by Pizza Lucé.

Walleye Tacos

Fresh seasoned walleye topped with napa cilantro slaw in tequila vinaigrette and baja sauce. This one comes from Lord Fletcher's.

Official Fried Chicken

Offering hot honey chicken tenders and waffles, along with a chicken bacon ranch sandwich.

Brat Sampler

Locally-made Polish, bratwurst and cherry bomb sausages with grilled onions and sauerkraut on the side.

Machete

An 18-inch corn masa quesadilla with steak or chicken, lettuce, sour cream and shredded cheese. Made by Taco Libre.

Rice Bowl

Bowl with steak or chicken, rice, pinto beans, pico de gallo, sour cream and queso fresco. Made by Taco Libre.

Grand Slam Shawarma

Marinated chicken in garlic sauce rolled up in flatbread, chopped pickles and roasted garlic mayo.

Roots for the Home Team Jalapeño Popper Salad/Flour Tortilla Wrap

Quinoa, corn, zucchini, carrots, tomato, cilantro and red onions on top of mixed greens, served with a vegan cream cheese jalapeño dressing and chipotle croutons.

Soul Bowl Caribe Bowl

BBQ chicken, sweet plantains, yellow rice, diced pineapple with a green onion garnish.

Hrbek's Pork Tenderloin Sandwich

Crispy pork cutlet on a bakery roll with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle and ranch aioli.

TokiDoki Wings

Dry rub or sweet TokiDoki wing sauce.

Cozy Cookie

Chocolate chip, Cookie Monster, golden Oreo, red velvet, s'mores, and chocolate cookie options.

It’s hard to pick where to start with this, as Walleye tacos are about as difficult to pass up as brat sampler. Pizza Lucé almost never misses which makes even a pickle pizza seem intriguing, while the true sickos will embrace the culinary chaos and try to defeat the Machete — an 18-inch quesadilla that sounds fully loaded.

For as crappy as it’s been to live under the thumb of the Pohlads, at least the food is tasty. It won’t take long for a fan to rain on the parade and remind everyone of the prices that will likely be attached to these, but usually it’s money well-spent.

All of these items will be available at every Minnesota Twins home game, starting with the home opener on April 3rd against the Houston Astros.
