The trade that Minnesota Twins fans have been waiting all winter for is about to finally go down.

According to The Athletic's Ken Rosenthal, the Twins and Marlins are nearing a trade that would send starting pitcher Pablo Lopez to Minnesota. Right now it sounds like it's going to be a multi-player trade, but Luis Arraez is the first name attatched in the return package headed to Miami.

It's a trade that shouldn't surprise anyone in basbeall, let alone fans in Minnesota. Lopez has been linked to the Twins all winter, to the point where it was becoming more when would they make a deal rather than if they'd be able to make it happen.

Turns out, the time is now.
