The Minnesota Twins are known as a very active franchise in the international free agent market, and this year was no different, with the Twins bringing in a larger class of thirteen free agents. This included two on MLB.com’s list of Top 30 International Free Agents available and several other players to help fill out the farm system:

Outside of the first two mentioned, the others aren’t considered elite-level guys, but they are still nice players who will be helpful to the franchise. The Minnesota Twins have had a lot of success signing players on the market, adding key franchise pieces like Jorge Polanco, Miguel Sano, Max Kepler, and more through international signing.
