Minnesota Twins Game 152: Lineups and First Impressions

facebooktwitterreddit

So baseball is still being played in Minnesota. At least I think so. I saw the lights were on when I was next door at Target Center last night for the Eric Church concert. Let’s see who’s playing for the Twins and Tigers as the season slowly comes to an end for the Minnesota Twins.

Minnesota Twins (64-87) Lineups

Danny Santana(S) CF

Brian Dozier(R) 2B

Joe Mauer(L) 1B

Kennys Vargas(S) DH

Trevor Plouffe(R) 3B

Kurt Suzuki(R) C

Eduardo Nunez(S) SS

Aaron Hicks(R) RF

Jordan Schafer(L) LF

Kyle Gibson (R) P

Detroit Tigers (84-67) Lineups

Ian Kinsler(R) 2B

Torii Hunter(R) RF

Miguel Cabrera(R) 1B

Victor Martinez(S) DH

J.D. Martinez(R) LF

Nick Castellanos(R) 3B

Bryan Holaday(R) C

Andrew Romine(S) SS

Rajai Davis(R) CF

David Price (L) P

First Impressions

David Price. David Price. David Price. If we say it three times he goes away, right?

Every day that Danny Santana is not at short is a day wasted.

A day wasted is pretty much the slogan of every Twins game though.

Those Tigers still have a nice little lineup. There are not just any cats.

Game Time

First pitch is scheduled for 7:10 at beautiful, and empty, Target Field in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota.
