Wednesday night was supposed to be a joyful night for Byron Buxton as he made his debut at Double-A New Britain in his climb to the major leagues. Buxton collided with a teammate in the outfield in Wednesday’s game and was taken to the hospital on a stretcher. The following are some tweets from Dom Amore, a writer for the Hartford Courant, who was in attendance.
