I drove from Wisconsin to central Minnesota in a snowstorm last night, so I’m ready to watch a field of green for a couple hours. Friday is the Indians Home Opener and the second of three Openers the Twins will be a part of. Both teams are coming off of a win yesterday: Twins beat the Chicago White Sox and Cleveland beat Oakland 6-4.

- Brian Dozier – 2B
- Joe Mauer – 1B
- Josh Willingham – LF
- Chris Colabello – DH
- Trevor Plouffe – 3B
- Oswaldo Arcia – RF
- Kurt Suzuki – C
- Aaron Hicks – CF
- Pedro Florimon – SS
Pitching for the Twins: Mike Pelfrey – RHP
Cleveland Indians (2-1) lineup:
- Nyjer Morgan – CF
- Nick Swisher – 1B
- Jason Kipnis – 3B
- Carlos Santana – 3B
- Michael Brantley – LF
- Asdrubal Cabrera – SS

Pitching for the Indians: Danny Salazar – RHP
First Impressions
- Thank God, Colabello is still in the lineup.
- The Indians have their DH hitting ninth? Don’t see that every day.
- On paper, Cleveland looks solid.
