Minnesota Twins Game Three: Lineups and First Impressions

Game three and it’s virtually a must win game. The Twins probably aren’t going to do great this year, but it’d be nice for them to, I don’t know, be over the .500 mark for at least a couple of days in April. The Twins (0-2) can move one step closer today in their game against Chicago (2-0).
Minnesota Twins Lineup
- Brian Dozier – 2B
- Joe Mauer – DH
- Josh Willingham – LF
- Chris Colabello – 1B
- Trevor Plouffe – 3B
- Oswaldo Arcia – RF
- Josmil Pinto – C
- Aaron Hicks – CF
- Eduardo Escobar – SS
Pitching for the Twins: Phil Hughes – RHP
Also, Brian Duensing will be activated and in the bullpen. Michael Tonkin has been sent back to Triple-A Rochester.
Chicago White Sox Lineup
- Adam Eaton – CF
- Marcus Semien – 3B
- Jose Abreu – 1B
- Adam Dunn – DH
- Avisail Garcia – RF
- Alejandro De Aza – LF
- Alexei Ramirez – SS
- Tyler Flowers – C
- Leury Garcia – 2B
Pitching for the White Sox: Jose Quintana – LHP
First Impressions
- So, Kurt Suzuki has been one of the bright spots of the season thus far, let’s gave him the day off. I know he’s a catcher, but come on.
- Still excited for some Pinto cuts.
- Already giving Mauer a DH day, because first base is really strenuous.
Game Time
1:10 Central from U.S. Cellular Field in Chicago.
