Do you know where your broom is? No? It’s probably at Target Field ready to help the Minnesota Twins sweep the Chicago White Sox. This isn’t just any ordinary sweep either. This could be a rare four-game sweep fest. You better go check on your Swiffer, too.

First Impressions

  • If you wanted a guy to be on the mound with the potential of a four-game sweep, you’d want Phil Hughes.
  • Seriously, am I the only one concerned we don’t have a Kendrys Morales dinger?
  • It’s the return of the Hammer. (I think I saw that movie on Cinemax)
  • Jose Abreu still scares me. I’ll be scared for years.
  • It’s time for Oswaldo Arcia to heat up again. I don’t want him to be shipped to Rochester.

Game Time

First pitch is scheduled for 1:10 Central from beautiful Target Field in downtown Minneapolis, Minnesota. There is some rain expected for this afternoon. Possibly have rain during the pre-game too… We’ll see.

Game can be seen on FOX Sports North and heard on the Twins Radio Network.
