I guess I wouldn’t say we beat Greinke – after all, the guy walked 5 hitters. Still, having plate discipline against the best pitcher in the AL is nice.
Denard Span has reached in 10 of his last 14 plate appearances.
Nice to see Delmon Young hit the ball hard tonight. I’ll have to look at the numbers more but it seems like his approach has been much much better this year.
Joe Mauer is totally unworthy of his contract. Second game in a row without a hit? What a bum.
