Minnesota Twins Game Seven: Lineups and First Impressions

If the Twins win today, that’s a winning streak. The Oakland A’s are in town for a four day, three game set to open up the Target Field season. This is the first day game for the A’s this year, while it is the seventh straight for the Twins. Both teams enter the game .500.

Jason Bartlett was put on the DL before the game, Chris Herrmann has been recalled. That moves affects the lineup with Colabello in right and Pinto DHing.

  • Poor Aaron Hicks, his legs are going to be soooooo tired.
  • No Nick Punto. I’m sad.
  • No Coco Crisp. I’m sad for purely comedic value.
  • Scott Kazmir pitched really good in his first start, 7.1 innings of shutout ball, yeah.
