Clicking around the Star Tribune, I discovered some news that is great for baseball nerds like me: all Minnesota Twins home spring training games will be broadcast on FOX Sports North.
The report states that they will be using FSN’s production with the radio broadcast from KTWN. The announcing teams of FSN’s Dick Bremer/Bert Blyleven and KTWN’s Cory Provus/Dan Gladden/Kris Atteberry will rotate through. The report isn’t too clear, but I’d be assuming that this means Dick and Bert will also be heard on radio broadcasts on some of the spring games.
If you need access to every game, KTWN has you pretty much covered. KTWN will be broadcasting every spring training game except for two split-squad games.
If I counted correctly, the Twins will play 31 total games this spring. The first spring game is February 28 at Boston and the first home game of the spring is March 1 vs. Boston. Both games are a one o’clock eastern, noon central.
