On Thursday, the Minnesota Twins announced their non-roster invitees to Spring Training. A lot of them don’t have a chance to make the major league roster, but it’s always fun to play with the big boys.

Some who are worth keeping tabs on:

–          Sean Gilmartin – The guy the Twins got in the Ryan Doumit trade.

–          Jason Bartlett – He was the Twins shortstop once upon a time, how much does he have left?

–          Doug Bernier – Remember Doug Bernier? Yeah, he’s back.

–          Miguel Sano – He’s 50% of the big two of the future.

–          Byron Buxton – The other 50%.

–          Jason Kubel – He used to be on the Twins, he probably makes the roster if he has a pulse.

–          Darin Mastroianni – He just got off the roster, possible backup outfielder as well.

–          Wilkin Ramirez – We liked this signing and then he got hurt for forever and a day.
