Minnesota Twins' Eddie Rosario Suspended 50 Games

Back in November, it was discovered that a top Minnesota Twins prospect was going to be suspended for a failed drug test. On Saturday, more light was shed on the Eddie Rosario situation.

Rosario claimed that the drug test was due to drugs to treat an arm injury. Mike Berardino of the Pioneer Press put it perfectly on Twitter.

MLB.com ranks Rosario as the Twins fifth best prospect. As stated in November, when the reports of a drug suspension first came to light, most believed that Rosario would be making his major debut in 2014, but a 50-game suspension may delay his debut.
