Hot Twins Action: Throws of the Week

Last week, Pedro Florimon finished off a win over the Angels by making a great throw across the diamond to nab Albert Pujols at first after a sharp grounder deflected off of Trevor Plouffe.


But Florimon wasn’t the only player in the Twins organization to make a game-changing throw last week.

Here’s New Britain second baseman James Beresford going across the middle before throwing back to first:


And fellow Rock Cat Danny Ortiz throwing a runner out at home from right field:
