Either the Twins are indeed going to sign a reliever, or they're fully expecting to add one of the NRIs. It's interesting that Bulger has had success against the Central. While Bulger is actually a pretty good signing, I sure hope it wasn't that success against AL Central teams in particular that warranted the Twins signing him.
