I like your pick of Sano as the most likely current guy in our system to hit 40, but I'm not sure it's a 1-3 chance to happen. I think he's got maybe a 1-3 chance of making the bigs, and then maybe we can say a 1-3 chance, of hitting 40, so if my brain remembers correct that makes him a 1-9 shot at 40, which I still think is the best shot the Twins have at 40.
