		<description>I think Neshek is a lock from the standpoint that he has to pitch his way out of a job this spring. So many of the other guys have to pitch their way onto the roster and that gives Neshek a distinct advantage.

His style of pitching and the unique look he presents to opposing batters are also feathers in his cap.</description>
